Which service are you interested in?

Not sure is a completely fine answer - the consultation is where we figure that out together.

What to expect

A consultation is a conversation, not a commitment

The goal of the first call is not to solve the whole situation. It is to understand what is happening, decide whether mediation, coaching, or organizational consulting fits, explain how the process would work, and agree on a sensible next step.

What to prepare

  • A short summary of what is happening and how long it has been going on.
  • Who else is involved - a partner, co-parent, business partner, colleague, or team.
  • What you would like to be different when this is resolved.
  • Any deadline that matters: a court date, a business decision, a family event.
  • Anything that should be disclosed up front - safety, legal, or clinical concerns.

What happens after

  • A clear recommendation: mediation, coaching, organizational consulting - or a referral elsewhere if that serves you better.
  • An outline of what the process would look like and what it involves.
  • Scheduling, if you decide to move forward.
  • No obligation. Plenty of people leave a consultation with a plan they carry out themselves.

Prefer to reach out directly?

Consultations are confidential. Dr. Conflicts does not provide clinical therapy, mental health treatment, or legal representation, and mediation is not legal advice. When clinical, legal, or safety concerns are present, clients are referred to the appropriate licensed professional.
