About Sapir

Credible, approachable,
and practical

Sapir Saadon is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator (#42519CF), certified as both a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and the founder of Dr. Conflicts.

Her background is deliberately interdisciplinary: an M.S. background in Human Resource Management, years of work inside organizations on employee relations, leadership communication, and workplace culture, and formal training in mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution. That combination is why the work translates equally well to a kitchen table and a boardroom.

Alongside mediation, Sapir works as a conflict coach - one-on-one and with couples, parents, executives, and leadership teams - preparing people for specific difficult conversations, breaking recurring conflict patterns, building boundaries that hold, and supporting high-stakes decisions.

Sessions are available in English and Hebrew, in person in Florida and virtually for clients elsewhere.

Professional philosophy

Conflict is information,
not a verdict

Most conflict does not continue because people are unreasonable. It continues because the structure of the conversation makes a good outcome almost impossible - unclear issues, escalating language, unspoken expectations, and decisions made under pressure.

The work is not endless open-ended talk. Sessions are designed to move: understand what is really happening, name the pattern, and leave with language and a plan you can use in the next conversation.

Neutrality in mediation and directness in coaching are not in tension - they are two different roles, each applied deliberately, and each explained clearly before the work begins.

01

Identifying conflict patterns and mapping the real issue

02

Clarifying priorities before a decision or negotiation

03

Preparing for difficult conversations - with structure and language

04

Improving communication and developing boundaries

05

Reducing escalation and creating next-step strategies

Why Dr. Conflicts was created

People rarely need more advice. They need a process.

Across HR work, organizational consulting, and mediation, the same gap kept appearing. People facing a hard conversation had two options: escalate it into a legal or formal process, or avoid it and hope it resolved itself. Neither works, and both are expensive - in money, in time, and in relationships.

Dr. Conflicts was created to fill that gap: one place offering neutral mediation when two sides need a structured process, conflict coaching when only one side is ready to prepare, and organizational consulting when the pattern belongs to a team or a whole company.

The name is deliberate. Conflict is treated as something that can be diagnosed, understood, and worked on - not something to be ashamed of, and not something that has to end in a courtroom.

Professional boundaries

Sapir's work is not clinical therapy and does not replace psychological treatment, legal advice, mental health care, or representation by an attorney. Mediation is not legal representation. When clinical, legal, or safety concerns are present, clients may be referred to the appropriate licensed professional. Dr. Conflicts focuses on communication, mediation, conflict coaching, relationship dynamics, decision-making, negotiation, boundaries, and practical conflict management.

Some conversations cannot be avoided.

If there is a conversation you are avoiding, a pattern that keeps repeating, or a relationship under pressure - a confidential consultation is the place to start.
