Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

This is a template document for a consulting-practice website and is provided for illustration only. It is not legal advice. Before launch, have a qualified U.S. attorney review and finalize all legal terms, disclosures and consent language.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Dr. Conflicts website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Dr. Conflicts is

Dr. Conflicts is a communication, mediation and conflict consulting practice founded by Sapir Saadon and based in Florida, United States. Services include mediation, individual communication and conflict coaching, couples communication consulting, business partner mediation, workplace and organizational consulting, and training.

Not therapy, not legal advice

Dr. Conflicts does not provide clinical therapy and does not replace psychological treatment, psychiatric care, mental health care, or emergency mental health support. Mediation is not legal representation, and nothing on this site or in our services constitutes legal advice or representation by an attorney.

When clinical, legal, or safety concerns are present, clients are referred to the appropriate licensed professional. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal advice when legal rights, obligations, court filings, or formal agreements are involved.

Informational content

Articles, guides, resources and other content on this website are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not professional advice for your specific situation and do not create a client relationship. Reading this website does not replace mediation, consulting, therapy, or legal counsel.

Consultation requests and scheduling

Submitting a consultation request does not create a client relationship and does not guarantee that Dr. Conflicts will accept a particular matter. Whether a situation is a fit for mediation, coaching, or consulting is determined during the initial consultation. Fees, scheduling and scope of services are discussed and agreed before work begins.

Communications consent

When you submit a consultation request, you agree that Dr. Conflicts may contact you by phone, text and email about scheduling and your inquiry, at the number and address you provide. Consent is not a condition of any service, and you may opt out at any time.

Accurate information and lawful use

You agree that the information you provide through the site is accurate and that you will use the site only for lawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Conflicts is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its informational content.
